FAQ

Q. Can I take the program just for personal interest in Pilates?
A. Yes, you can. However, please note that this program is primarily designed as a professional training course for those who wish to become Pilates instructors. If your purpose is purely for personal interest or general wellness knowledge, you may find the depth and volume of study quite challenging.
Q. Do I need a medical or fitness qualification to enroll?
A. No, it is not required. However, if you do not hold a medical practitioner qualification, you must first complete the ABP (Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Postural Analysis) course before enrolling in any physical courses. For qualified medical practitioners, a replacement test is available. If you do not achieve a perfect score, you will also be required to take ABP.
The tuition seems expensive. Is it worth the cost?
A. This program follows an internationally accredited curriculum, including extensive practical hours, detailed study materials, and the opportunity to obtain an international qualification. For those planning to work as instructors and generate income, it is a valuable long-term investment.
Q. I’m not confident in English. Can I still join?
A. Yes, instruction is available in Japanese. While the original textbooks are in English, Japanese translations are provided, so you can study comfortably in your preferred language.
